Hailey Peek is the Creator, Founder and Director of Dementia Enrichment Center. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). Hailey utilizes research-informed practices to create engaging opportunities for independence and enrichment for people living with dementia and improve caregiver skillsets and confidence. She applies and teaches strategies focused on communication and behavior to foster nurturing experiences, accommodate the effects of dementia, and reduce caregiver burden.
In addition to a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, Hailey holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Colorado Christian University and Bachelor of Science from York College of Pennsylvania. |

Valerie Knapp has a diverse background in administrative management and program support. As the Assistant Director, she ensures the Dementia Enrichment Center runs smoothly and provides an exemplary participant and caregiver experience. Valerie creates and plans stimulating Enrichment Club activities, works closely with participants and their caregivers, and engages in community outreach.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Tarleton State University and is a Certified Dementia Capable Care Specialist. |

Makenna Peterson applies her extensive work with older adults to support Enrichment Club participants through encouragement, guidance, and personal connections. Using a friendly and direct approach, and with a commitment to individualism and inclusion, Makenna excels at motivating and engaging participants while building genuine relationships.
Makenna earned a Bachelor's of Science from North Dakota State University and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Baylor University. |

Ayeyi Obuobisah has diverse experience working with a variety of populations in community, healthcare, and academic settings. Coupled with her positive and engaging approach, she is a skilled group leader who makes personalized connections with Participants and caregivers.
Ayeyi holds a Bachelor of Science and Arts from the University of Texas and is preparing to attend medical school. |

Emily Gary is a gifted pianist who enhances our day program with stimulating creative, music, and movement activities. Emily applies a holistic approach to thoughtfully tap into Participants' interests and personal preferences and help them thrive.
Emily holds a Master of Music from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Music from University of Montevallo (Alabama). Emily is a Certified Dementia Capable Care Specialist and is currently pursing a certification as a Licensed Music Therapist. |

Malia Siologa is the Dementia Enrichment Center's Operations Specialist. She is responsible for safely transporting participants, and keeping the Center sparkling and safe. Malia has an extensive background in service and working with special populations and always adds a friendly smile to our team.
