Cognitive Stimulation TherapyHave fun in a Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) group, shown by research to improve cognitive function, short-term/working memory, and perceived quality of life. Using research-based programming, a certified CST facilitator guides group members through a series of engaging and interactive activities that promote mental stimulation, new ideas, physical movement, reminiscence, and socialization. The CST series meets twice a week for 45-60 minutes for seven weeks, for a total of 14 sessions. Whether virtual or in-person, CST is sure to be an enjoyable and engaging experience!

Living with Dementia Lunch BunchConnect with others living with dementia and share strategies, struggles, and successes in a safe environment. Our free support groups are facilitated by professionals experienced in guiding discussions, encouraging reflection, and fostering relationships. Facilitators also serve as a knowledgeable resource for problem-solving and addressing issues specific to dementia.

Dive into dementiaIn this two-hour live virtual course, participants learn about Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, various stages and progression of the disease, changes to physical and cognitive functioning, and tips for working with people with dementia. Participants will receive a PDF guide and links for further information. Regular Price: $25

Talk to a therapistEngage in therapy with a licensed master social worker (LMSW) to discuss changes and challenges in your life. Get help at times of adjustment, crisis, or particular need. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, providing a convenient and confidential setting for sharing and support.
