Caregiver CLubCaregiver Club is not limited to caregivers of people living with dementia. We welcome all caregivers who tend to the needs or concerns of an adult.
Dementia Enrichment Center's Caregiver Club provides relief, support, and education for caregivers. Caregiver Club meets twice a month, and each two hour session offers support, relaxation, nurturing, and growth. Caregivers learn and practice strategies to reduce stress, focus on life balance, and attend to personal needs. In addition to reconnecting with and nurturing themselves, Club members meet special guests who offer resources and advice pertaining to caregiving. Membership in Caregiver Club includes a customized caregiver binder, access to practical tools to assist caregivers, and discounts for Dementia Enrichment Center services. |
