OUr program is dynamic.

  • Our program is engaging and interactive. It's based on adult learning theories and developed by our director, who has a Master's Degree and experience in curriculum and instruction.
  • We tailor the content to reflect your organization's workforce, market and goals.
  • We come to you and deliver engaging on-site training. Your staff won't be sitting behind a screen or clocking in then checking out.
  • We don't rely on pre-recorded instruction, boring digital presentations, and fancy books to teach your staff. Trainees will receive tangible tools, but they will also participate in relevant conversation, learn from real-life scenarios, and have opportunities to explore and practice important concepts.

We stick to what's important.

  • We focus on effectiveness. Your training dollars and staff time are valuable.
  • We don't bog learners down with complex medical terminology, confusing diagnostic and treatment information, or complicated anatomy lessons.
  • We don't rely on learners having advanced education or healthcare training.
  • We introduce easy-to-implement approaches and strategies for interacting and communicating with people who have dementia.
  • We equip your staff with techniques to recognize and minimize dementia-related behaviors and encourage participation and cooperation.
  • We explore the unique role of caregivers and train your staff to engage with caregivers with empathy and purpose.
  • We lead with compassion and model a confident, meaningful approach.

WE know our stuff.

  • Our training program is created by our Founder and Director, Hailey Peek, who has an advanced degree in Curriculum and Instruction and decades of experience in adult education. She's also a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Dementia Practitioner.
  • We are deep in dementia. Our work revolves around people with dementia, their caregivers, and people who serve them. We interact with businesses and organizations like yours, giving us perspective on your role and goals.
