register for the day program

1. Read our Participant Profile to learn if your loved one may be a fit for Enrichment Club.
2. Complete the enrollment forms online.
3. Schedule a meet-and-greet with the Director and the person with dementia.
4. ​Arrange Participant’s schedule and transportation (if needed).
5. Pay the registration fee in your first invoice.
