Our Home-Based Enrichment program brings personalized enrichment into any home or care setting. Not every program is for everyone. This one is for you. 

Unique. just like you.

Home-Based Enrichment provides personalized activities for individuals 18+ who are unable or unwilling to participate in community-based activities. Our skilled team develops a customized Enrichment Plan that reflects your individual abilities and interests to provide engaging, one-on-one enrichment where you live or receive care.

Who benefits from Home-Based ENrichment?

  • Adults with cognitive, behavioral, physical, or medical needs that impact their ability or willingness to join activities in traditional settings
  • Individuals with restricted mobility, communication, independence, or socialization
  • Adults who are depressed, isolated, anxious, withdrawn, or lonely
  • People experiencing cognitive or physical decline, recovering from surgery or a procedure, or with a medical or mental health condition that limits their ability to engage in community-based programs

How is Home-Based ENrichment Different?

  • Home-Based Enrichment program provides purposeful, goal-oriented, stimulating activities.
  • Our program is therapeutic. We do not provide medical care, personal care (such as help with bathing, toileting, feeding), housekeeping, or other personal services.
  • We come to you. We'll visit you at home, a long-term care community or nursing facility, and even when you're recovering at a rehab center or hospital. 

How does Home-Based ENrichment work?

  • Once you've registered for Home-Based Enrichment and paid the registration fee, our Enrichment Coordinator will contact you to schedule a visit.
  • The Enrichment Coordinator will gather information to create a custom Enrichment Plan that reflects your interests, abilities, goals, and schedule.
  • One of our trained Enrichment Specialists will visit as agreed, and will arrive prepared to interact in a meaningful, impactful way.
  • Home-Based Enrichment fee is $75/hour. This is a non-medical program so it is not covered by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or VA benefits.
